We're hiring! I'm looking for a badass sales consultant that has experience of supplying blue collar construction professionals such as scaffolders, bricklayers, painters, dryliners, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, ground workers & more...
 

Our goal is to help skilled workers to find better paid jobs and for employers to hire skilled workers without using traditional methods.
 

We're a young tech company that's embarked on a mega journey to change the way construction firms hire and make the process transparent for the employer and worker.
 

We're looking for high potential, talented people to help us scale The Square Construction app and fulfil the incredible opportunity we have on our hands.
 

Here’s your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Report directly to the Client Director.

  • Close deals from beginning to end. Lead the full sales cycle from sourcing, cold calls and emails, all the way to closing the deal.

  • Navigate complex mid market and blue chip construction organisations to move the ball forward to ultimate deal closure.

  • Sourced deals by yourself and our vast sales pipeline (you’ll be able to tap into our huge inbound pipeline with thousands of construction companies.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to help drive product sales strategy.

  • Gaver feedback from clients to progress the development of the product.
